Joining the Club
- New Members Forms
1. Click on a form to open it.
2. Complete the form and save it to your own PC for emailing or printing.
3. Either bring the form to the club, post it or email it to the membership secretary. Note: the medical form and Standing Order Instruction must be signed and handed in at the club.
All forms are in Word 97 -2003 format. Word 2007 Version to follow.
